TradingPLUS Fast Track: The Real Rules You Need to Know Before You Buy

There's a lot of confusion about how the TradingPLUS Fast Track account actually works. Most of what circulates online about fast-funded prop accounts mixes up rules from different firms or repeats outdated information. This article uses only the numbers confirmed directly on the TradingPLUS Fast Track page.

If you're deciding between Fast Track and the standard evaluation, this is the comparison that matters.

What Fast Track Actually Is

Fast Track is TradingPLUS's direct-funded account option. There is no evaluation period, no profit target to hit before trading with firm capital, and no challenge phases. You pay a one-time access fee, complete KYC verification, and your funded account is live.

The trade-off is a significantly higher fee than the standard challenge. And the rules on a Fast Track account are different from the evaluation accounts in ways that matter.

The Fast Track Rules Across All Account Sizes

These figures come directly from the TradingPLUS Fast Track page and apply to every account tier:

Daily Drawdown:  3%  of account balance per day

Maximum Drawdown:  5%  from peak balance — account closes if breached

Profit Split:  Up to 90%  higher than the standard evaluation's 80%

First Withdrawal:  After 14 trading days  minimum active days before first payout

Weekend Trading:  Not allowed  all positions must close by end of Friday

News Trading:  Not allowed  2 minutes before and after high-impact news

EA Usage:  Not allowed  no automated trading systems

Leverage:  1:50  across all Fast Track account sizes

Consistency Rules:  Yes  applies — see explanation below

The Fee Structure

Fast Track fees are significantly higher than standard evaluation fees because you're paying for immediate funded access rather than an evaluation pathway:

$10,000 Fast Track:  $500  vs $89 for standard evaluation

$25,000 Fast Track:  $1,250  vs $249 for standard evaluation

$50,000 Fast Track:  $2,500  vs $349 for standard evaluation

$100,000 Fast Track:  $5,000  vs $549 for standard evaluation

$200,000 Fast Track:  $10,000  vs $1,049 for standard evaluation

Important: Fast Track fees are listed as non-refundable on the TradingPLUS Fast Track page. This is different from standard evaluation fees, which are refunded on the funded account stage.

Key Differences From the Standard Evaluation — What Nobody Mentions

The Daily Drawdown Is Tighter

Standard evaluation accounts have a 5% daily loss limit. Fast Track accounts have a 3% daily drawdown. On a $25,000 Fast Track account, that's $750 per day maximum before trading stops. On the same account through the standard evaluation, it's $1,250. This is a meaningful difference that changes how you manage session risk.

The Maximum Drawdown Is Also Tighter

Standard evaluation accounts have a 10% maximum loss from starting balance. Fast Track accounts have a 5% maximum drawdown from peak balance. Two important things here: it's trailing (from peak, not starting balance), and it's half the percentage of the standard accounts. On a $25,000 Fast Track account, your floor trails $1,250 below your highest balance. If you build to $26,000, your floor moves to $24,750.

The Profit Split Is Higher

Standard evaluation funded accounts offer up to 80% profit split. Fast Track funded accounts offer up to 90%. This is the Fast Track premium for the higher access fee and tighter rules.

No EA, No News Trading, No Weekend Positions

These restrictions don't exist on the standard evaluation in the same way. Fast Track traders cannot use automated systems, cannot trade within two minutes of high-impact news events, and must close all positions before the weekend. If your strategy relies on any of these, Fast Track is not compatible with it.

First Withdrawal After 14 Trading Days

You cannot request your first payout until you've been actively trading for 14 trading days. This is the minimum activity requirement before withdrawals open. After that, the standard payout process applies.

Who Fast Track Is Actually Built For

Fast Track suits you if:

  • You have a proven live account track record and want immediate funded access without an evaluation
  • You trade manually without EA systems or automation
  • You can manage a 3% daily drawdown limit and 5% trailing maximum drawdown
  • You close positions before the weekend by default anyway
  • You don't trade around high-impact news events

Fast Track is not suited to you if:

  • You use automated trading or expert advisors as part of your strategy
  • You hold positions over the weekend
  • You specifically trade news events — the ±2 minute rule will cause frequent violations
  • The higher fee relative to the standard evaluation is a meaningful financial concern right now
